Shipping Policy

At Leendel, we know that once you've picked out your piece, you don't want to wait. Here's exactly how our shipping works, so there are no surprises between checkout and your doorstep.

Delivery times

We deliver all orders within 2–3 working days of dispatch. "Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays — so an order placed on a Friday afternoon will typically arrive early the following week.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free shipping is applied automatically once your cart reaches R600.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within South Africa only. We're working on expanding beyond our borders — if you're outside South Africa and want to be notified when we do, email us.

Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way to your door.

Delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you within 2–3 working days, delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or severe weather. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out, and we'll track it down for you.
