How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
All orders are delivered within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over R600, and a flat R100 fee applies to orders under that amount.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Get in touch at support@leendel.com to start a return.
What are your pieces made from?
Materials vary by piece, so we list the details on each product page — have a look there before you buy, or send us a message if you'd like to know more about a specific item.

How can I track my order, or get in touch?
Once your order ships, we'll email you your tracking details automatically. For anything else, reach us at support@leendel.com, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not yet—we currently deliver only within South Africa. We're working on expanding, so keep an eye out.
