Delivery
- We deliver within South Africa only.
- Orders arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
- Delivery is free on orders of R600 and above. Orders under R600 pay a flat R100.
- Once your order ships, we email you the tracking details.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Pieces must be unworn, in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- To start a return, email support@leendel.com with your order number. Please don't send items back before we've confirmed the return.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
